Mari Ito is a Japanese artist based in Barcelona, known
for her work rooted in animism. Her art explores the origins of desire and the primal aspects of human nature,
often portraying opposing forces in natural harmony. She
is represented by the Zeit-Foto Salon gallery in Tokyo and
has collaborated with Tatiana Kourochkina Galeria d’Art
in Spain.
